You can use the traditional method of manual engraving or use a machine that does the work for you. To achieve different effects, such as shading or 3D images, you need to use specialized tools and techniques. The trouble with manual engraving is that it is very time-consuming and requires a great deal of skill. Mechanical machine engraving is much faster and easier, but the results are often not as good.
In recent years, however, thanks to the technological advances, there are now machines that can produce high quality engraved images. So why does this matter? Well, if you want to have an image engraved on any type of metal, for example, you now have more options than ever before. You can choose a traditional hand-engraved look or opt for mechanical engraving by machine.
From our point of view, the best option to use for engraving into metal is the laser. It is the method we use.
Of course, there are many factors that can affect the appearance of the engraved image. For example, if you opt for a hand-engraved image, it will be created by a craftsman with years of experience. Their skill level will play a big role in the resulting product. The downside of hand engraving in metal is that it can be quite expensive. On the other hand, machine engraving in metal technology has come a long way over the years. Thanks to improvements in technology, you can now get a machine engraved image that looks just as good (if not better) than a hand engraved one. The advantage of this method of engraving is that it is cheaper than hand engraving and also more accurate. The downside, on the other hand, is that there is a greater risk of damaging the object when machine engraving on metal, and that some objects simply cannot be engraved.
That is why we use the laser engraving method. It has very strong advantages and almost no disadvantages. For example, it is more precise than any other engraving method, very fast and the results are always perfect.
When you are looking to have an image or a design or some text engraved on an item, you want to choose a technique that will give you the best results without worrying about damaging the metal in the engraving process. In most cases, laser engraving will be your best choice for this. It is more accurate than mechanical engraving and does not come with nearly as many associated risks. The only downside is that it can appear a little too perfect, but if you want a very accurate representation of the original image, then this is also an advantage.

We can produce aluminum and anti-corrosion / brass labels for your company, which can contain serial numbers, letters, barcodes, QR codes and other information. We’ll assist you with designing the labels and prepare a preview, then we move on to the production phase.
Metal sheets we use range in thickness from 0.5 mm to 2-3 mm. Normally we advise 0.5 mm thickness for aluminum labels and at least 1 - 1.5 mm for anti-corrosion labels.

Not really. In regard to marked / engraved metal labels, tags and nameplates, we take care of everything (we manufacture them ourselves) and ship the complete order to you. However, if you need us to engrave your own products / material, you have to ship those to us first, which can potentially increase costs. Our prices are still very competitive despite that, so go ahead and request a price quote for your order!
